The binding detail
These terms are a contract between you and Greazen, the operator of this store. By placing an order you accept them. Prices are set in USD; an obvious pricing error may be cancelled and refunded in full, and we may cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
Orders, changes and payment
Visa · Mastercard · Amex · PayPal · Shop Pay · Apple Pay · Google Pay. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we dispatch. You can ask to change or cancel by emailing support@greazen.com with your order number - we can act before dispatch, not after. You are responsible for accurate address details. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable.
Shipping and returns
Governed by the shipping policy and the returns policy - one canonical version of each, mirrored across the store.
Intellectual property
The Greazen name, wordmark and site content belong to Greazen. Our designs are original vintage-style artworks; no affiliation with or endorsement by any person or organisation depicted or referenced is implied. If you hold rights and believe a design oversteps, email support@greazen.com and we will review it promptly.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are heard in its courts, unless your consumer law provides otherwise.
