Standard orders are processed in 2-4 business days before dispatch, then travel 8-14 business days - 10-18 business days total from the day you order. Express orders are packed in 2-4 business days and arrive in 5-9 business days total. Every order ships tracked; part of a larger order may occasionally ship separately at no extra cost.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway and Singapore. If your country is not on that list, checkout will not accept the address. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable.
Extended Cover + Free Exchange ($6, optional). An upgrade you can tick in your bag. It does two things: extends non-delivery cover from 30 to 90 days, and covers the return postage on your first size exchange. It does not change dispatch or transit time, and it is not insurance: tracking, 30-day non-delivery cover and full refunds on damaged, wrong or defective items are already free on every order. It is never pre-ticked.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked; the tracking number and carrier link arrive by email at dispatch. See Track order for the stage-by-stage timeline and what to do if tracking stalls.
Split shipments
A larger order may ship in parts. You never pay extra for a split, and each parcel carries its own tracking.
Address changes
Contact us immediately - we can edit an address before dispatch, not after. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus shipping.
Duties and taxes
Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable. Any import charge levied by your country and not collected at checkout is the recipient’s responsibility.
