What we collect and why
Order and contact details, to fulfil and support your order. Device and usage data, to keep the site working and improve it. Marketing preferences, only if you opt in to the newsletter - the welcome code email and everything after it carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Shopify (the store and checkout platform), payment providers (to take payment), and the fulfilment partner (name and delivery address only, to ship your order). Each operates under its own compliance. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Cookies
Shopify sets the cookies the cart and checkout need to function; analytics cookies help us see how the site is used. Your browser settings control cookie acceptance - the store works without the analytics ones.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and marketing opt-out: email support@greazen.com. UK and EU customers hold GDPR rights; we answer within 30 days. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe.
